6. Termination of Agreement
If a user violates this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, the Platform reserves the right to immediately terminate services for such user and retain the right to pursue legal liability. Users may also request account deletion at any time to terminate this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the location of this platform.
